Albatrosses are famous sea birds that look a lot like seagulls. They are great at travelling long distances, and eat fish, squid, and krill. They can sleep while gliding in the air. And, in their first 5 to 6 years, they stay in the air without even touching the ground! The reason for this is that they have adapted to their sea life. Albatrosses also currently hold the record for the largest wingspan of any bird. Albatross species include The Wandering Albatross, The Laysan Albatross, and The Black Petrel.
