Owls

Owls are some of the most beautiful birds on earth, soaring gracefully through the sky. They are silent hunters, ambushing and taking their prey by surprise. They usually eat mice and rabbits. Owls are found all over the world. Some examples of owls are The Barn Owl, The True Owl, and The Snowy Owl.

The most famous owl is the Snowy Owl. It has appeared in the Wild Kratts Show, and The famous Harry Potter series, where it was known as "Hedwig". Most owls are nocturnal, which means active at night. But, some are seen during the day. Another amazing fact about owls is that they are the only animals to be able to turn their heads fully around.
