2025-2026 Annual Giving Campaign

The Indiana Junior Classical League (IJCL) is dedicated to promoting the study of Latin, Greek, and classical civilizations among students across Indiana. Through academic competitions, leadership development, and cultural enrichment, the IJCL fosters a lifelong appreciation for the ancient world and its enduring influence. 

The Annual Giving Campaign provides essential support to sustain and expand these opportunities for students statewide. Your generous donation will support our programming and allow students and teachers to gain access to our events and resources. Each tier gives an example of what your donation could accomplish.

Friend of the IJCL - $50

Your gift could help support the trophies, cups, and ribbons that students will take back to their schools and homes as recognition for their hard work in the competitions.

Possible Benefits: 

• Name listed in the convention program as a Friend of the IJCL.

• University names will be engraved onto the plaques of trophies (on a rotating basis).

Patron of the Classics - $100

A gift this size could support basic convention materials such as name badges, programs, and ribbons that make the student experience memorable and organized.

Possible Benefits: 

• Name listed in the convention program as a Patron of the Classics.

• Recognition in a General Assembly slideshow.

Laurel Sponsor - $250

Your gift could help support basic event materials such as name badges and programs that make the student experience memorable and organized.

Possible Benefits:

• Company logo and/or name featured in our State Convention programs, Leadership Development Academy programs, and Fall Latin Day programs. 

Bronze Sponsor - $500

Your contribution could help provide hospitality and refreshments for teachers, chaperones, and volunteers who make the events possible.

Possible Benefits:

• All Patron-level benefits, plus:

• Recognition at Hospitality sessions for sponsors, teachers, and volunteers.

• Recognition in our General Assembly slideshows at the State Convention.

Silver Sponsor - $1,000

Your donation could provide essential resources such as facility costs, labor costs, and technology needs.

Possible Benefits:

• All Bronze-level benefits, plus:

• Company logo and/or name displayed on a sponsorship banner throughout State Convention, Leadership Development Academy, and Fall Latin Day.

• Recognition in our General Assembly slideshows at Leadership Development Academy and Fall Latin Day.

Gold Sponsor - $2,500+

Your generous gift could provide catering and housing to keep all events accessible for hundreds of Indiana students, teachers, and chaperones.

• Half-page advertisement in the State Convention program.

• Half-page advertisement in one issue of the Veritas et Scientia.

• Verbal acknowledgment by the IJCL State Chair during the Opening General Assemblies at State Convention, Leadership Development Academy, and Fall Latin Day .
