Every year, the IJCL comes up with themes for Monday through Friday for just one week, searching for as much participation as possible from the entire IJCL. For every day of the week, a sponsor or designated member should submit the number of students participating in this statewide event. Schools that participate will be recognized at the following State Convention in March.
We also encourage you to use the hashtag #indianalatinweek when posting on your chapter accounts.

Sunday, November 1
Sibyl Sunday: Learn about the Sibyl, the woman who brought the history scrolls to the king!
Monday, November 2
Mythos Monday: Romans learned a lot about mythology and the lessons behind those myths. Have a fun mythology filled day!
Tuesday, November 3
Tesserae Tuesday: Most Roman houses had mosaics on the floors or walls, but they were used for so many other things. Dive into all the things tesserae were used for!
Wednesday, November 4
Via Wednesday: All roads lead back to Rome, but do you know all the roads? Learn a new Roman road!
Thursday, November 5
Togae Thursday: The Romans wore many togas throughout their lifetime for specific reasons. Dig deeper into some Roman togas and specific styles!
Friday, November 6
Feriae Friday: The Romans loved celebrating significant points in their life with grand parties and festivals to show appreciation to the gods. Read more about the important festivals in a Roman’s lifetime!
