Research student Riya Sogani under the supervision of Dr. Grace Eden at the Living Lab (Faculty: Human-Centered Design (HCD),Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology, Delhi, IIIT Delhi) presented their workshop paper, "Understanding the Reinforcement of Gender Norms Through the Design of Self-Help Apps", in the workshop: Designing for Meaningful Interactions and Digital Wellbeing (Design4DWB) at AVI (Advanced Visual Interfaces), 6 June 2022, Rome, Italy.
Research titled "Perceiving Sequences and Layouts through Touch" authored by Dr. Richa Gupta, accepted in the EuroHaptics 2022 conference was recently published under conference proceedings in the Haptics: Science, Technology, Applications.

IIIT-Delhi launched the 3rd edition of its 6-week online summer school on VLSI Revisited on June 20th. This year's cohort has more than 150 participants coming from 4 industry partners, 6 IITs, 4 IIITs, 17 State and Central Universities, and other government engineering colleges (including DTU, NSUT, IGDTUW, NITs, AMU, JMI, HBTI Kanpur etc.) as well as 13 private engineering colleges (like VIT, MIT, SRM, Thapar, Gitam, etc).

โโIIIT-Delhi celebrated the ๐๐ง๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ง๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐ฒ ๐จ๐ ๐๐จ๐ ๐ today with the theme "๐๐จ๐ ๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐๐ฎ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ", wherein a yoga session was held with a certified yoga instructor in a hybrid mode. Around 50 people including faculty, students, and staff members participated in the session with full zeal and enthusiasm.

Enord(drone-tech startup) one of our incubated startups showcased drone at Bharat Drone Mahotsav 2022 held on May 27 & 28 at Pragati Maidan. Our Hon'ble PM Shri Narendra Modi marked his gracious presence at the event to encourage the use of Technology and the Drone Industry upwards.

It gives us great joy to share that IIIT-Delhi has surpassed the campus recruitment record for its current batch of students with several of them securing job offers with leading national and international tech giants, to name a few Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Qualcomm, American Express, Goldman Sachs, Amazon, Adobe, WDC, HRT USA, Crowd pad Dubai, Fast Retailing Japan, and Amazon Luxembourg Europe.
During the campus placement, the institute hosted 140 companies, among which 108 offered competitive salaries.
The overall on-campus placement rate of the 2022 batches was an impressive 98.10 percent with an average compensation of Rs 19.72 lakhs and a median of Rs. 16.50 lakhs.
