Library

The ICS Library is considered a community resource and is open to all students, faculty and staff daily.

Library Hours:

• Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM

• Wednesday 7:30 AM - 2:15 PM

Middle School students may access the library before school, during lunch or during a Flex period, after school, and any other time as part of their class work to support various units of study. The goals of our library program include instilling a love of reading as well as fostering inquiry and information literacy skills by collaborating with teachers to embed these skills within the classroom research.

Middle School students may borrow up to ten library items for a three week period.

All community members are expected to care for and return library materials in a timely manner. Patrons will be asked to pay the price of materials that are lost or damaged beyond repair. Official school records will be withheld until all overdue books are returned and all fees for damaged or lost books are paid.
