Parent-Teacher Conferences (PTC)
On October 16–17—the week we return from Fall Break—we will host our Parent-Teacher Conferences (PTC). This is a valuable opportunity to connect with your child’s teachers, discuss how they are adapting to the new school year, and review their learning progress.
If you have not yet scheduled a time with your child's homeroom teacher, please check your school parent email for an invitation from your child’s teacher and sign up today.
A note regarding Specialist Teachers: Appointments with specialist teachers are limited because there are more students than available 10-minute time slots. Please rest assured that if a specialist teacher has not reached out to you directly, they do not have any concerns regarding your child's progress.
If you were unable to book an appointment with a specialist teacher but have questions or concerns you would like to address, please email the teacher directly. In many cases, questions can easily be resolved via email.

Mission Delivery Survey
Please take a few minutes to complete our ES Mission Delivery Survey. Your feedback helps us evaluate and enhance our academic, spiritual, and co-curricular programs to ensure we continue providing an excellent Christian education for your child. The survey is completely anonymous. However, if you would like a response to your specific comments, please leave your email address along with your comment in the optional comment box.

Whenever we make a change to the calendar it will appear on the Elementary School Google Calendar. Parents can view the Elementary Google Calendar from the school's website. On the My ICS page, simply scroll down to the calendars, find the Elementary School calendar, and click the Google Calendar icon on the bottom right of the calendar.

Upcoming Parent-Teacher Conferences (Oct 16 – 17)
Our Fall Parent-Teacher Conferences will take place on Thursday and Friday, October 16 – 17. This is a dedicated time to partner together, discuss your child’s holistic progress, and collaborate on their growth. Teachers sent Google Calendar invites on September 25, so please watch your inbox to reserve your conference time slot.
The 79th Hong Kong Schools Music Festival is open for entry.
Please read the Rules & Regulations carefully before enrolment to the Music Festival.
Online enrolment will be used for the Music Festival, if you would like to join through the school membership, please follow the user guide to complete the enrolment.
Online submission due on Oct 20, 2026 (Tue), 4pm
ONCE YOU ENROLLED, THE ENTRY FEE WILL BE CHARGED WITH YOUR SCHOOL FEE. IT IS NON-REFUNDABLE
Please note that it is the student's responsibility to obtain the required materials and submission method for the festival.
