Part 1. READING

Getting to know Swedish culture and traditions

1. In pairs, go over one of the following texts and decide one or two questions you would like to ask the students of Sanaskolan

• Swedish Culture, Customs, and Daily Life: International Student’s Guide

• Swedish Culture: 5 Must-Know Traditions In Sweden

2. In groups of 4, compare your questions, agree on just one question and decide who is going to be the group representative.

Part 2. ORAL PRESENTATION

Getting to know the students of Sanaskolan

We are going to record a 2-minute video with questions you’d like to ask the Swedish students of Sanaskolan.

1. Group representatives will read out their questions in front of the class, and the teacher will record you. 

2. The students of Sanaskolan will watch the videos and will answer your questions. 

Part 3. LISTENING COMPREHENSION 

We are going to listen to a short video in which some students of Sanaskolan ask you questions about Spain and your daily habits. Listen to them carefully and write your answers on a piece of paper. Then, in pairs, compare your answers (orally).
