TERRA VIVA Mural
Let's Stand Up for Caring for the Planet as a Source of Well-Being on Our Facade.
In the 2023-24 school year, second- and first-year students of the artistic baccalaureate, together with students from the Vocational Training and Placement Program learning the painter's trade, have painted and designed an artistic mural over 6 meters long on the wall of our building facing the popular "Pirulo" square.
Through this work, part of the ERASMUS+ KA122 project, we aim to advocate for caring for the planet as a source of well-being for people and to raise awareness among our neighborhood residents about the importance of nurturing and appreciating it. To design our green mural, we were inspired by the book Vegetal, illustrated by Hélène Druvert. The result is a very colorful, flower-filled mural that conveys the positive energy of nature.
But hey!!! It’s not quite finished yet. During the 2024-25 school year, to bring even more life to the mural, we will add illustrations of insects that first-year students have created in their artistic drawing class. We’ll post an update soon to show you how the insects have arrived in our flowers!
The planet cares for us, let’s care for it!
