Reading Scrapbooks

Each class in KS2 has a Reading Scrapbook which children take turns to take home in order to create a 'reading recommendation/Review page' based on a book they have recently read and enjoyed and one they would like to share with their class.

The children often include a short synopsis of the book along with information about the author, the genre of the book, book illustrations and a personal star rating. 

When not being worked on, the Reading Scrapbook resides in the class reading area so children can look through it as further support for finding books they may enjoy.
