We partner with Mind of the Parent and hold a series of fortnightly workshops facilitated by experienced healthcare professionals. These workshops will offer a safe, supportive space where parents can:
Learn evidence-based techniques to promote their own emotional resilience.
Gain practical strategies to help their children navigate mental health challenges.
Connect with a like-minded community of parents, sharing experiences and fostering mutual support.
With the rise in mental health challenges faced by young people, the need for parental support is more pressing than ever. This programme is designed to bridge the gap by equipping parents with the tools they need to be confident, informed, and empathetic supporters for their children.
