At Hylands our aim is to :

“Ensure that play opportunities are valued and maximised at Hylands giving all children access to high quality experiences.”

We want to give our pupils  every opportunity to succeed and so we are offering a new  and exciting way to enjoy play at lunchtime, HOPE!

Lunchtime play begins with our Core Values.

Respect:              We will need to be be respectful to each other and share equipment.

Responsibility:  We  need to take  responsibility and care of the equipment.

Creativity:           We want everyone to try out new ideas by  making, building and  letting your imagination run wild.

Determination: We are determined to enjoy everything we do even if it might be challenging.

Courage:            We need to be courageous and try new things. 

Compassion:     We need to remember that there are lots of us and we all might l want to play with the equipment at the same time, we                                 will need to share and put others first.

Ambition:           We want to be the best version of ourselves in how we share and make use of the equipment, be that role model and                                    show everyone else how to be a true Hylands superstar.
