Chicken & Frog 

At Hylands Primary, we know that encouraging a love of reading means keeping our classroom libraries fresh and exciting. To help with this, we have a fantastic subscription with our local children's bookshop, Chicken and Frog. Every month, each class receives a brand-new book to enjoy! These new titles are shared and celebrated in class and around the school by our teachers and our enthusiastic Year 6 Reading Champions. 

Parents please pay a visit to Chicken and Frog bookshop. There are often author events and children's writing workshops you can book your children into plus a very wide selection of excellent children's literature to choose from:
