Implementation Science

5 Pembrokeshire schools (Gelliswick, Lamphey, MHS, PDCS and YHT) took part in the successful pilot for the Implementation Science for Schools programme in 2023.  The programme supports schools in undertaking a comprehensive approach to implementing sustainable, impactful change by incorporating the evidence-informed components in sequence.  These include vertical slice teams, Guskey evaluation, pre-mortems and so on.  The programme is on track to be endorsed by NAEL (now called Making Change Stick).
