What we're working on:

We are currently working towards earning the Silver Award in the Cymraeg Campus. In 2020, the school was awarded the Bronze Award status for their work in developing a Welsh ethos.

This year we are focusing on:
Target 2 - Understanding the advantages to learning Welsh
Target 6 - Considering Welsh apps and websites
Target 10 - Further developing a positive attitude

Welsh Events/Themed Days 22-23:

Wales V Iran

We came together as a school to support our Welsh football team during the Football World Cup.

Dydd Santes Dwynwen

We celebrated the Welsh St Dwynwen in January, by coming together to hear the story and completing activities in class.

Dydd Miwsig Cymru

On Friday 10th February we will be holding a sharing event to celebrate and appreciate Welsh music.

Eisteddfod

On Wednesday 1st March we will come together to celebrate St David's Day. This will be a whole school celebration!
