Autumn 1 - Hedgehogs.

This term our topic explores everything about hedgehogs! 

We have had a fantastic time so far learning about the diet, habitat and adaptation. We were even lucky enough to have a visit from Wendy who answered all of questions and encouraged our curiosity. 

We are currently in the process of a writing a leaflet informing people about the care that hedgehogs need, especially vulnerable ones. 

Through our exploration of different materials we will be selecting to more suitable design to build our very own hedgehog house! This will be located in our Forest School where we hope to welcome a spiky visitor very soon.
