Technology requirements do change over time as new tools become available and older devices are rendered obsolete. As such, it is important to understand that technology readiness for Smarter Balanced assessments is not a one-time event, but an annual process that must be revisited every school year.
When you have a technology issue with testing, and your school-based technology support staff is unable to help resolve the problem, your next option is to contact the Cambium Assessments Help Desk. Often users email the Cambium Help Desk about an issue and omit key information that the Help Desk needs in order to work on the case. This can result in a delay while the Help Desk agents attempt to reach the school or district to collect the missing information.
