Job Responsibilities:
* Identify bugs and usability issues in casino products through comprehensive testing and analysis.
* Perform regular quality assurance checks to ensure product reliability, performance, and compliance with industry standards.
* Assist in the design and execution of user testing processes to gather feedback, identify bugs, and recommend areas for improvement.
* Prepare clear and concise bug reports, detailing reproduction steps, expected results, and actual outcomes.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and quality assurance professionals, to resolve product issues.
* Lead detailed product walkthroughs with PAGCOR, providing a complete overview of products from start to finish.
* Develop comprehensive test scripts and plans prior to product launches.
* Ensure all new features meet design specifications and are defect-free before release
Job Qualifications:
Testing Expertise: Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, with hands-on experience in functional, regression, and performance testing.
* Documentation Skills: Proficient in creating detailed test cases, comprehensive reports, and clear documentation.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate collaboration and reporting.
* Attention to Detail: Highly meticulous in identifying potential issues and maintaining quality standards.
* Analytical Skills: Capable of analyzing feedback and data to improve testing processes and coverage.
* Technical Knowledge: Familiar with testing tools, frameworks, and bug-tracking software.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of PAGCOR regulations and standards, with experience in conducting product walkthroughs (preferred).
* Casino Knowledge: Familiarity with casino games or experience in the casino industry is a strong advantage.
