Job Responsibilities:
Accommodation Booking and Coordination: Responsible for securing and managing accommodations for employees and visitors, including long-term stays and short-term bookings. Ensures smooth check-in/check-out processes.
Vendor Management: Liaises with accommodation providers, hotels, and service apartments to negotiate rates, manage relationships, and resolve any issues related to the accommodation services.
Budget and Cost Control: Monitors accommodation costs, ensuring they align with company policies. Looks for cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality and employee comfort.
Record Keeping and Documentation: Maintains accurate records of accommodation bookings, agreements, and vendor invoices. Ensures all documentation complies with internal policies and legal requirements.
Issue Resolution: Acts as the point of contact for employees and visitors facing accommodation-related issues, providing prompt and effective resolutions.
