Job Responsibilities:
Maintains security and telecommunications system.

Operates telecommunication system by following manufacturer’s instructions for house phone and console operation.
Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Handle transportation bookings for employees or guests.
Assist in meeting room reservations, ensuring proper logistics.

Ensure the timely and accurate transmission of documents to intended recipients.
Collect and organize transportation receipts from employees or guests who have incurred travel expenses.
