Familiarity with gaming communities and events; experience with ATS is a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Develop innovative strategies to identify candidates for gaming roles (developers, designers, artists) using forums, events, and social media.
Job Posting: Create engaging job ads tailored for the gaming community and collaborate with marketing to promote these roles.
Event Coordination: Assist in organizing gaming recruitment events and build relationships with gaming communities.
Candidate Experience: Enhance the candidate experience with timely communication and insights into company culture.
Collaboration: Work with gaming studios to identify talent pools and stay informed about industry trends.
Data Management: Maintain candidate databases and track metrics related to recruitment efforts.
