Hardware Setup and Configuration.

Good knowledge about MacOS,Windows, and Linux.
Familiarization on Technical Terminologies.
Job Responsibilities:
Hardware Setup and Configuration: Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer hardware such as desktops, laptops, camera, biometrics device, servers, printers, scanners, and networking equipment.
Software Installation and Configuration: Experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), applications, and software updates.
Network Troubleshooting: Understanding of network protocols, troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
Security Awareness: Knowledge security measures to protect data and systems.
Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: A systematic approach to identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues. This involves gathering information, analyzing symptoms, testing potential solutions, and documenting the resolution process.
