Wellbeing is best understood as simply your mental health and how you feel about yourself and what is going on around you.
During these challenging times isolation with your family and staying away from school may have an effect on how you feel.
There is always someone to support you at school. Reaching out and and making contact is one way of getting support. Please email me rs@hornby.school.nz, the deans, our student counsellor or maybe get a friend to do it for you, if you would like to talk about how working from home is going for you.
