This lesson on landscape, shape and form focused on foreground, middle and background. Fourth Grade Artists experimented with size and overlapping techniques to create a sense of depth. The use of shade and shadow was encouraged to give their pumpkins a three dimensional appearance. Layering oil crayons achieved a rich depth of color.
