Requests for records can be made here.
Massachusetts General Law (M.G.L. Chapter 66 Section 10) allows the Holliston Police Department ten (10) business days to respond to record requests. This does not mean you are guaranteed to have the record(s) within ten (10) business days.
Reports pertaining to open investigations cannot be released.
All arrest report requests must be made directly to the Framingham District Court Clerk's Office - 508-626-2503

$0.05 per page for paper copies
Search & Segregation Fees can be assessed
Municipalities with a population of 20,000 and under may assess a fee, including the first 2 hours, for time spent searching for, compiling, segregating, redacting and reproducing a requested record.
