Our girls basketball team have already jumped into winning at the Newnan Tip Off Tournament, the weekend of November 14th. Returning Coach Butler always is consistent in building player foundational skills and morale. She takes never played before female athletes and grow them into a successful program. This is her third year taking on the challenge and the whole school is in support of her.

ACADEMIC AND LEADERSHIP HIGHLIGHTS
I'Liah Flanders of the LMS Girls Basketball team is an outstanding student athlete. She maintains A's & B's while registered for 3 high school level courses.
For the boys' basketball team, we also have Jacob Chin. His most recent MAP scores show him well above grade level in reading and math.
