PowerSchool
PowerSchool is the main Student Information System (SIS). Parents and students can access this system to check grades and see schedules.
How do I get my PowerSchool Parent Access Code ?
Codes are traditionally shared by school registrars. This process has been very complicated for our OWL families as we are still settling in with our new registrar. K-6 OWL families should have received a letter through the mail during the first week of school that has the child's specific access code included. This is needed to set up your Parent PowerSchool account. Grades 7-12 parents who have not already set up their parent account can call the OWL school registrar at 804-365-8069 to get support. (Note: This is not for Learning Coaches who are not parents.)

3. How do I acquire my Schoology code via PowerSchool? Once you have set up your PowerSchool account for each child, you should see a Schoology button in the bottom left hand corner. Your Schoology code is bright red on that page. You will have a different code for each child. When creating your Schoology account, please be sure to use your name and not your child's as this will be your account.
