Recommendation

I must say that the nearly month-long webinar training was a success. The absence of in-person events has made networking more difficult, particularly in our course where we need to network for the future. A virtual on-the-job will provide the chance to work on our own. We'll be able to learn how to operate independently, take responsibility for achieving task deadlines, and be accountable for our output. I recommend the upcoming interns to participate in activities and discussions as much as they feel comfortable doing so. Don't be afraid to ask questions, and don't forget to think back on how much you've learned and how much better you've gotten at your internship.
