On-the-job training is a type of job training that takes place directly at the workplace while the employee learning is performing his or her duties. During OJT, the inexperienced trainee does and/or observes actual job duties in the workplace, utilizing actual machinery, understand how equipment, tools, processes, and procedures work. However, the pandemic happens, which is why we had a virtual OJT instead of an actual OJT. Students are exposed to a variety of employment circumstances through a webinar series, allowing them to experience and learn about what they may face in the future workplace. The webinar assists students in acquiring important information and abilities through performance in a real professional context. The webinar topic is used to help students improve their abilities, talents, and behaviors. The webinar series helps students become more effective and well-known experts in their professions. On-the-job training is essential for not only learning about our chosen profession but also for showcasing the work environment. This will prepare individuals for the sort of employment that is related to the topic in which they are enrolled. It will also help them become acquainted with the paperwork and other services necessary in the workplace. These give the trainee a taste of what she may perform. Even though the training was virtual, the trainee learned a lot that would help her thrive in the field of customs administration.
