The ability to secure full-time employment offers, validate a student's career choice, build professional skills, and find peers all depend on their ability to complete internships. However, Covid-19 occurs, and all classes are now virtual. The biggest challenge with internships in a pandemic is that we are unable to experience a genuine workplace. We just have a small grasp of how to do the required documents, but not much about the work environment, pressure, or interaction with other trainees. The duration of the webinar is another another challenge. Over a video call, it might be challenging to focus and maintain attention for an extended amount of time. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, new opportunities have become available. As we, the intern, need to keep track of our time and remain focused on finishing the task, this helps us develop strong organizational and time management skills. It also gives us the chance to work independently and be productive on our own. Overall, webinars are a game changer from what we currently know. It opens opportunities for people who couldn't afford to take part in an office-based on-the-job training program due to time constraints or financial constraints.
