It will have things that some people wouldn't of thought of
Reflection Using Tinker Cad, PC, iPad, and a 3D printer I created A makeup brush holder so my brushes have a spot on my desk. So I can do stuff on my desk. Also I made a scrub daddy sponge holder so I have a spot on the counter so it does not get ruined because I have a lot of make up brushes at home that do not have a home on my desk. So I made a container to put my makeup brushes in so they have a home on my desk. Then I made the scrub daddy holder because we do not have a spot to put our scubb daddy sponge so it sits in the sink and gets covered in food and gross water. So I made a holder for it so it does not get covered in gross stuff and not get ruined.
During this process, I learned how to use Tinker Cad a couple of examples are I learned how to move the words on my make up brush holder. I also learned how to turn all the blocks and different shapes. And another thing is I learned how to slant the shapes.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Global Collaborator because all of my work is being spread across the world. It also ties to Digital citizen because none of the content I made or used was copy righted.
A challenge I overcame on this project was I did not know how to turn the words on my make up brush holder. I was able to do it by asking a friend/other student for some help. He helped me under stand how to turn it so I would not have any more troubles.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the design and I will do a more complicated design. The reason why I would change it is because I did some pretty easy stuff so I would like to do some thing more complicated now I know how to use Tinker Cad.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Digital multimedia CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in Lab technicians, and 3d printing technicians.
The first day I started making my makeup holder but only got the base done.

The is just the base but I am going to add some words too the front on day 2.
On the second day I added the words but I could only do that today because I had troubles attaching the words.

I put 3 slated triangles together and connected them than I added a flat square and connected that has well.

I am making a Scrub Daddy holder.
I added 2 cones so the eyes on the scrub daddy could sit on it.
