Using I movie, and an iPad,  I created a video  because I wanted to see what changed about my interests since last year. I wanted to make my video more complicated so I can learn more things.  I also did  this because I wanted to tell viewers about myself. 

During this process, I learned I learned how to edit the texts in my video. Another thing I learned was taking screenshots, but then I learned how to upload the screenshots to my drive. The last thing I learned was making voiceovers for my video. 

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to empowered learner because I am making the decisions for this project.  I set goals on days on what to accomplish.  I chose different methods to make a video quicker. 

A challenge I overcame on this project was forgetting to update my website, I was able to do it by updating my website right after I make a change on my video.  Another way I fixed this was double checking everything on my website. This helped me a lot to make sure my website was perfect. 

Given a chance to do this again, I would change how long my video was. The reason why I would change it is because I felt like my video was not that long. I would've made my video have more pictures. 

Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, and Marketing.  My project connects to the  Digital Multimedia  CTE program at Hastings High School.  

My project connects to careers in YouTube Video Creation because For YouTube, you have to upload videos. You have to edit your videos so they are even better. you also have to have voice overs sometimes.
