Using CoSpaces and a merge cube. I created A augmented reality and a story to my own original idea. I used a merge cube to see how my story looks. because I wanted to learn how to make anything onto a cube and make a story.
During this process, I learned how to make a story onto a merge cube. I also learned how to learn website that I didn't know how to use at all. I used different objects. Like a rocket, and connect it to the merge cube.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Empowered learner because I set a lot of personal goals to complete this project in time. I also learned a lot of things about augmented reality. For example I did not know people used QR codes to show the reality world into the real life.
A challenge I overcame on this project was trying to rotate the cube. Also I kept forgetting to lock the objects when I rotated the merge cube. I was able to do it by, making sure everything was locked to the cube. I did this by dragging over the entire cube. I grouped everything together. Then I right clicked two times. I then pressed the group button then lock.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the amount of detail I used. The reason why I would change it is because, everything was scattered everywhere. What I mean by everywhere I mean the characters. Some of my characters were floating in the air. There was also not a lot of detail anywhere.

My project connects to the Digital Multimedia CTE program at Hastings High School.
My project connects to careers in AR software engineer because. AR software works with augmented reality. In this project that is what we did, was augmented reality.
day 1- I started coming up with a scene and starting making the scenes.
day 2- I changed stories into space. I made a rocket go up then started making the solar sytem and stopped after saturn because of time
day 3- I didn't make a lot of progress. I made a second scene on the side and made the rocket go higher. I had to make the solar system because i couldn't get it to stay on the cube.
day 4- I made the solar system and made a small rocket coming out of the Earth and going to another planet.
day 5- I made the rocket land on mars.
day 6- I finished the cube and now I only have to make my video and voice overs.
day 7- I figured out how to rotate the merge cube
day 8- I finished the reflection sheet and finished my website.
