Using Ipads, dry erase markers, iRobots, and marker boards, I created the word Tetris and made a t-block with music.  I did this because of the High schools half-time performance. And because I enjoy playing Tetris.

During this process, I learned how to add music to an iRobots code. I also learned how to manage tasks with a group more than 1 person. Another thing I learned is to still communicate with my team members even though i was absent for some time.

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Empowered Learner because we set a goal and kept track of that goal throughout the whole projected. My project also ties to Innovative Designer because I contacted my partners outside the project.

A challenge I overcame on this project was being absent for almost half of the project and relying on my teamates. I was able to do it by talking to my partners outside of school. Also by working my hardest while I was here.

Given a chance to do this again, I would change the length of the music. The reason why I would change it is because it was way to short and sounded weird that it didn't cover the whole . I would also add more blocks because it was so short.

Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the Computer Programming CTE program at Hastings High School.  My project connects to careers in Robotics and engineering.
