What materials will you need for your project?
A Makey Makey, computer, alligator clips, and Play-Doh.
What is your plan to create in this project?
We plan to make a human circuit of Flappy Bird.
What unique qualities will your project have?
I believe it is the only one to use a human circuit in the class.
Day 1:
On this day my partner and I were figuring out the limits of the makey makey and what we coud do with it.
Day 2:
I pretty much spent the whole hour helping a classmate create a flowing circuit.

On this day we finally engineered a way to make a large human circuit. And connect it to the tooken down popular game Flappy Bird.
Day 4:
On this day we had the vote on who's creation was the most creative. And we worked on our reflections.

Using Makey Makey, Computer, and alligator clips, I created a Human Circuit Flappy Bird because we thought this will be a very unique project. I also created this because we really enjoy Flappy Bird. We also made this project to involve more people in it.
During this process, I learned how to create circuits. I have learned how to do this by experimenting with the materials. I also have learned how to do this by videos on the Makey Makey website and from Youtube videos.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to a Knowledge Constructor because I entered this project with a low understanding on how to make a circuit connect to a Makey Makey. This meaning I had a base knowledge but I now have expanded upon it.
A challenge I overcame on this project was not knowing what to do. I was able to do it by experimenting over and over. And I also just wanted to include multiple people so it worked out.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change it to be the whole class. The reason why I would change it is because it woud be remeberable. And it would include everyone.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Computer Programming CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in Controller Engineering for companies.
