My Movie 13.movUsing an Ipad and imovie, I created a video about myself and how I've changed. I did this because it is important to express the changes I have gone through. And to show how my projects and opinions will change throughout the year.
During this process, I learned more like remembered how to use imovie. I also learned how to use Creative Commons Licenses on my images so I cannot get copyrighted. I also learned how to use copyright free audio clips.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Digital Citizen because I used Creative Commons License images and audio. It also ties to Knowledge Constructor because I took my knowledge of Google the search engine and used it to find ways to import videos into mp3 files.
A challenge I overcame on this project was figuring out how to make videos online into mp3 files so i could use the audio in my video. I was able to do it by using a search engine. This ultimately found me browsing and researching ways I could legally obtain audio files.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change how many aspects I covered . The reason why I would change it is because I believe than n the minute I covered few aspects on how my life changed. When it would be interesting if I covered more interests.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Digital Multimedia CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in content creation. It also has job opportunities in occupations such as Broadcast Engineers and Content development. Examples of broadcast engineers are the people who make sure clips and songs on radios or stereos are quality. Examples of what content developers do is youtube videos, blogs, podcasts, and other content you see n the internet. They make and edit content.
