Daily Log:
Day 1: We added a subpage called 7P1-Video Project. Then we worked on Good Ideas and Planning questions. Afterward, we made the first adjustments to our subpages we start learning about what iMovie is and the basics of how to use it.
Day 2: I was absent this day.
Day 3: I started my Project. I decided on what my project was going to be about; it is going to be about my favorite things to do/hobbies. I got about my first 20 seconds in.
Day 4:On this day I added the majority of my video. About 40 more seconds than I had previously.
Day 5: This was the final day I added music, sound effects, and my voiceover. It was the day I wrapped up my project.

Using iMovie on an iPad and the internet, I created a movie on my hobbies and favorite things to do because I really like these things and wanted to share them. I started to really like them after I was constantly pushed into their presence. And I started to get a liking for them.
During this process, I learned how to clip videos, add audio, add sound effects, and also to do voiceovers. This was all done on iMovie. iMovie is a recording/editing software on an iPad. It is a very helpful tool when learning how to make short films
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Digital citizen because I only used Creative Commons Licensed pictures on my video project. I am being a digital citizen because of this because I am using others' content without their permission.
A challenge I overcame on this project was not knowing how to add Apple's licensed music. I was able to do it by getting help from a friend. Showing me step-by-step how to add music.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the number of different slides I added to show my hobbies. The reason why I would change it is that I believe my project's number of slides is too low for the length of my video. It is kinda empty feeling.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offer Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, and Marketing. My project connects to the Digital Multimedia CTE program at Hastings High School. It also connects to careers like Broadcast Engineers and Content development. Examples of broadcast engineers are the people who make sure clips and songs on radios or stereos are quality. Examples of what content developers do is youtube videos, blogs, podcasts, and other content you see n the internet. They make and edit content.
