7p4 virtual reality world

Using CoSpaces, I created a virtual reality world because it was our next project to do before the end of the marking period.

During this process, I learned that the controls on the CoSpaces website are hard to get used to, i also learned that you can really build anything you want to in the CoSpaces vr world website.

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Computational thinker because Cospaces is online so we had to use our mouse, keyboard and monitor to build/ create our vr worlds.

A challenge I overcame on this project was getting used to the controls on the website because the were kind of wonky, another challenge i overcame was how to place things around but you had to do it a certain way. . I was able to do it by going slower and focusing on how to use the controls, and I watched a tutorial on YouTube about easy placement.

Given a chance to do this again, I would change what i made in my vr world. the reason why I would change it is because my house is kind of plain and boring so i would add a tiny bit more stuff to make it more fun.

Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Digital Multimedia CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in video game design, social media design and graphic designer.
