Using micro bits I created a name badge because that was our first challenge with using the micro-bits.
During this process, I learned that micro-bits are not very hard to work with and they aren't really complicated to work with.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to computational thinker because you had to figure out how to download your code to your micro bit from the computer.
A challenge I overcame on this project was getting my code to download to my USB so it would work on my micro-bit I was able to do it by asking for help and by watching Mr Renners videos about how to do it.,
This picture is the code that I personally used to code my name badge on micro-bit.com
This is my video of my micro bit working with the code that i downloaded to it to make my name appear when the a button is clicked.
