Using a Micro-bit, I created many projects because I like making little projects go on lights that can light up when I put a code into it.
During this process, I learned how to use a Micro-Bit and put a code into it.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Computational Thinker, Digital Citizen, Innovative Designer because. I though what to make on my micro-bit, I also didn't copy what to make on my project and tested what to create on my project using the knowledge I gained.
A challenge I overcame on this project was using the micro-bit because. I was able to do it by using tutorials and learned how to make the project's because I didn't know how to code on the micro-bits.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change what I created because now that I know how to use the micro-bits better I could possibly create better projects,. The reason why I would change it is because I just made random things on my micro-bit to try to teach myself on the coding platform.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the computer programming/programmer CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in Computer programming such as a Computer programmer.
