My list of 25:
This boat held 250 pennies
This boat held 224 pennies
Using tinker-cad and a piece of tinfoil , my group and I created a 3-D boat that can hold a lot of pennies and a tinfoil boat because that was our project.During this process, I learned how to cut into an object on tinker-cad and how to group multiple objects together. Also while making a tinfoil boat I learned to hold a lot of pennies. The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Knowledge Constructor because Students critically curate a variety of resources. A challenge I overcame on this project was how big my boat had to be height wise and length wise. I was able to do it by figuring out witch objects will float better.Given a chance to do this again, I would change how thick it is so it won't let as much water in the boat . The reason why I would change it is because my boat would float better. This project connect to careers in boat making and a pro 3-D printer guy .
