For This project I will be working by myself. I will need and iPad, a Bloxels box. I will need this to create a multiple level game. I plan to have many maps with looked doors to make it to the next mini map. My project will be unique because you will be able to play the game once I am done building it.

This is level 4
This is me playing my levels
Using Star Wars Bloxels ,I created a 4 level game that has key locked doors to get to the next level, and you have to get the key from the bad guys to unlock each door. I did this because I wanted to have a challenging game but also a game that is fun to play and complete. Also my character has a jetpack so I can fly away from bad guys if I need to so I don't loose anymore lives/hearts.
During this process, I learned how to make what each block the way that I want it to look. Also I learned that only certain charters have guns and certain ones have lightsabers. One of the most important thing I learned was how to place/use my land blocks so I can have a fairly big map. Probably the least important thing I learned was that you can change an action block to whatever one you wanted out of the options they had.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovative Designer because I had to use a few different technologies to create my video game. Also I had to solve problems with the map and rebuild the map if I needed to fix something. Another reason why is that I had to test my game before I published it so it will be done.
A challenge I overcame on this project was figuring out where to put my land blocks and when/where to put an enemy block. I was able to do it by trying many different spots till I found a challenging but also easy spot to put them. Also I played the levels till I was able to beat the game without dying 24/7. Another way I was able to solve this problem was by letting other people play that level and give me feedback on how I could fix it.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change where each level goes and how ,any levels I had so that I could make my own story mode. The reason why I would change it is because it would be cooler and more fun. Also I would change this because it would be more time consuming and more of a challenge and I like to do projects that challenge my skills.
