For this project I will be working by myself. I will need a 3D-printer and tinker CAD. My plan is to create a keychain of Michigan for my mom. My project will be unique because It will be the sate of Michigan with a whole on it so it can go with her car keys as a key chain.

This is a video of my project after I was done.
Using Tinker CAD, I created hangout space with a couch, tv and a mini table. I did this because my key chain idea didn't work out and I decided I wanted to make a mini hangout space to put on display at my house. Another reason I did this is because I thought is would be cool to make a replica of a youtuber's GTA living room.
During this process, I learned how to group and ungroup things on tinker CAD. If you want to be able to group things together you have to highlight everything and click on the button with two shapes combined together. If you want to ungroup things then you highlight everything and click the button with two shapes not together.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Innovative Designer because I used a few technologies to create a design. My project also ties to this because I had to use digital tools like Tinker CAD to create my hangout space.
A challenge I overcame on this project was making sure I had everything locked/grouped together. I was able to do it by highlighting everything and clicking the group button after one of my friends showed me how to. Another problem I solved was getting all the access plastic of of my hangout space without breaking anything. I was able to solve this mostly but not until my lamp broke.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the lamp post diameters. The reason why I would change it is because the thing hat held the lamp was super skinny and didn't hold the lamp. I would also change how big all together it is. I would change this because the thing as a whole was small and I would like to have it a little bit bigger.
