Daily Log

i planned for what we will do Day 1

Day 3 we added finishing touches

DAY 4 we finished the shield and were making the movie!!

we painted the shield and kooper made a bow and arrow and a sword!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Using cardboard, I created a shield because I think shields are cool and they were very innovative for their time
During this process, I learned how to use cardboard to make something new and that I can display to people.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to empowered learners because I made it while overcoming challenges and persevering.
A challenge I overcame on this project was cutting the cardboard. I was able to do it by giving my hand time to stretch before using the scissors.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the paint. The reason why I would change it is because I think the colors are a little too vibrant.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, and Marketing. My project connects to the engineering designs CTE program at Hastings High School because I built something out of basically nothing. My project connects to careers in construction and design.
