8P6-Team Custom World and Universe

For my sixth project I decided to create a world using cospaces with a partner. For this project we will need cospaces and characters and an idea of what to do. A unique quality my project has is that it is all from our imagination.

Using cospaces, me and my partner created a custom universe , because we wanted to do something different then what we would usually create. Our world has a god of all sharp thingies and wants a sandwich. The world also has portals to different worlds that have dancing crabs and dinosaurs.

During this process, I learned how to create my own characters and code them.

The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Creative Communicator because the universe we created was made from our own imagination.

A challenge I overcame on this project was coding the objects/characters. I was able to do it by seeing how to code the objects/characters to do the various things..

Given a chance to do this again, I would change the story and some of the characters. The reason why I would change it is because some of the short story was a little rough around the edges.

Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the computer programing CTE program at Hastings High School. My project connects to careers in animations.
