8p1 video project

Reflection

• Using iMovie, copy-right free images, google, iPad, and the computer, I created a video that tells some of the things I like and do. The reason I chose this topic is because I thought it was the best thing to do since I did almost the same thing last year. Also it is the easiest one to do since I had less time then everyone else.

• During this process, I learned that you shouldn't do you video on your home iPad because then you can only work on it at home. So that meant I could only work at this at home and do the website here. Another thing is to remember to take photos of your progress.

• The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Digital Citizen because I used copy-right free images in my video. Also when I pick what thing I put in I didn't make it personal so I could keep my privacy safe.

• A challenge I overcame on this project was not having enough time on my video. I was able to do it by adding more photos to the video. I was also able to to it by makin some of the other photos longer.

• Given a chance to do this again, I would change the topic of the video. The reason why I would change it is because it was was a lot like my last years video. It also was kind of boring and I could've a better topic.

• Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing.  My project connects to the  Digital Multimedia

CTE program at Hastings High School.  My project connects to careers in Movie making.
