Decided on a dirt bike and did my list of ten and planning questions.

Using computer, a iPad, and a mouse, I created 3d printed dirt bike because it would be cool to have in my setup at home. It will have the design of a Kawasaki kx450. It will also have a white color plastic for the 3d print.
During this process, I learned how to change my projects dimensions to inches. I did this by clicking snap grid and changing mm to in. Than I clicked the little squares on the sides on my project and changed the size to the size I want.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to innovative designer because I designed a 3d printed Kawasaki kx450 myself. Also, I asked important questions about what dimensions are best for my dirt bike.
A challenge I overcame on this project was designing it in tinkercad. I was able to do it by looking at a picture of a Kawasaki kx450 and copying it. Then I started to change the dimensions of the parts I was using and arranged them to make the dirt bike.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the modal to Yamaha. The reason why I would change it is because I like Yamaha. Also, Yamaha's colors are usually Blue and white which would match my setup more.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Engineering Design CTE program at Hastings High School. Which prepares me for my future.
My project connects to careers in 3D Construction because I used a 3D printer. Also I designed my own project. In conclusion my project connects to careers in 3D Construction.
