Reflection questions
Are you working by yourself or in a team?
I am working in a team of 3 with Kylee and Kinley.
What materials will you need for your project?
iMovie, iPad, cardboard, paper, hot glue, duck tape, markers, sharpie, pencils, and pens.
What is your plan to create in this project?
My plan is to create a pizza oven with sauces and seasonings for the pizza.
What unique qualities will your project have?
The sauces and seasonings when you shake them make a noise as if your shaking sauce or seasoning.
Using iMovie, iPad, cardboard, paper, cardboard paper, markers, pencils, sharpies, pens, hot glue, and duck tape , I created Pizza oven because I wanted to create something fun and creative that you can play with too.
During this process, I learned how to use cardboard to create something that is fun and creative to play with.
The 7 standards of the class are Empowered Learner, Digital Citizen, Knowledge Constructor, Innovative Designer, Computational Thinker, Creative Communicator, and Global Collaborator. My project ties to Knowledge Constructor because I decided what my project was going to be without a teacher telling me what to do.
A challenge I overcame on this project was making the pizza oven. I was able to do it by using help from friends to create the shape and vent.
Given a chance to do this again, I would change the vent. The reason why I would change it is because it doesn't look very nice it is kind of rough.
Hastings High School Career and Technical Education Program offers Agriculture, Business Management, Computer Programming, Construction Trades, Culinary Arts, Digital Multimedia, Engineering Design, Finance, Insurance, Marketing. My project connects to the Engineering Design CTE program at Hastings High School.
My project connects to careers in pizza chefs because I made a pizza oven model with sauces, seasonings, trays, a pizza cutter, pizza slices, and pizzas big or small.
Using iMovie, iPad, cardboard, paper, cardboard paper, markers, pencils, sharpies, pens, hot glue, and duck tape, I created a pizza oven because I wanted to create something that was fun, creative but still challenging to make. During this project, I learned how to use cardboard to create something that has multiple different shapes. Out of the 7 class standards my project ties to Knowledge Constructor because my group and I decided what our project was going to be without a teacher telling us what we are making for our project. . A challenge I overcame on this project was making all the different shapes on the pizza oven. I was able to do it by using help from friends to support my project while tried to make the different shapes. Given a chance to do this again, I would change the vent. The reason why I would the vent is because we rushed the vent it looks sloppy and I wish it was a bit nicer looking. Out of all the CTE programs at the Hastings High School my project connects to the Engineering Design CTE program. My project connects to careers in pizza chefs because I made a pizza over, small and big pizzas, sauces, pizza trays, pizza slices, and a pizza slicer.
