We are thrilled for our First Annual STEAM Showcase at North Hall Middle School! We have some special guests coming to see the hard work your child has put into their STEAM Passion Project!
If you plan to attend, please complete the RSVP form HERE so we can have a name tag ready for you!
As we prepare for the showcase on April 17th, please as your child about their Driving Question and their Presentation Plan! Since this date is quickly approaching, there may need to be some time spent at home finishing up. We are thrilled to hear about your dinner table conversations about NHMS STEAM!
We are one of the first schools in the district to begin using Parent Square with staff and parents. Your feedback is important, especially while we are transitioning!
Please feel free to reach out to Amber Etris via email or Parent Square Direct Message if you have any questions, concerns, and/or comments!
I would like to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude from North Hall Middle School for being such an incredible and supportive community. In difficult times, the strength of our community truly shows. Your kindness, compassion, and willingness to step up for others in the passing of one of the finest men I have even been able to meet, Jason Hughes, have meant more than words can fully capture. I personally am a better man because I was blessed to have known him.
Your support not only for our school but also for the entire North Hall Cluster has been truly inspiring. The way students, teachers, staff, and families have come together demonstrates the powerful impact of unity and care. Acts of encouragement, generosity, and teamwork remind us all that we will never face challenges alone.
Schools are more than just a building. They are communities built on relationships, support, and shared purpose. The North Hall Cluster has shown what it means to lift one another up, and your efforts have helped bring comfort and strength to so many across our schools. Your example reflects the very best of what a school community can be.
Thank you for your kindness and your willingness to support others when it matters most.

Mayhem is starting on the 1st Tuesday in March at 7 am in the NHHS Gym. Mayhem will be held every Tuesday and Thursday when we have school. We will run Mayhem all the way through March and April. I know a few sports only run in March; however, all sports are still invited to run all of April as well. No Mayhem over spring break. This is an awesome environment with all different coaches from different sports coming together and cross-training our North Hall athletes. We are expecting around 150 students from the high school and middle school. We will have 10 stations in the rotation. Each station will last no longer than 2 minutes. We will have about a minute to rotate the athletes to the next station. This is a high-tempo, high-energy, relentless pursuit to push the best out of our student-athletes. Let’s prepare to work hard and have fun!

Cynthia Greer, 6th grade science teacher is our February Teacher of the Month! Ms. Greer goes above and beyond to make sure her students have fun, engaging activities. She helps them learn organization and responsibility to start good work habits in 6th grade. Ms. Greer helps and supports her peers in multiple facets, like providing encouraging videos, activity suggestions, and baked goods. She did a thorough and excellent job developing the 6th grade STEAM course for the first semester. She has a great heart and we appreciate her.
Charli Shepheard is a counselor at NHMS and our February staff of the month. Ms. Shepheard genuinely cares about all students! She is amazingly patient. Students deal with so much these days. Her positivity and love for the school and our students is admirable. She works hard every day to help and advocate for our students and they light up every time they see her! Charli is also wise beyond her years and looks at every situation through multiple lenses. North Hall Middle School is so lucky to have her!
