Biography
Tara has lived in the US, UK, Spain, Chile and France. She holds a master's degree in Spanish Language & Culture from the University of Salamanca (Spain), a Massachusetts State teaching license, a CELTA certificate from Cambridge University and a bachelor's degree in International Affairs from the University of Colorado Boulder. She currently runs all aspects of the business and designs the majority of the lessons.

The Concordia Language Villages are looking for teachers for our annual summer residential language programs. Working at CLV is the perfect opportunity to expand your teaching toolkit in an immersion environment, rekindle your passion for the language, or take the next step in your professional development!
The Concordia Language Villages are a group of linguistically and culturally immersive summer camps in Northern Minnesota, with programs in 14 different languages. CLV's mission is to inspire our students to become courageous global citizens through holistic, small-group education that incorporates elements of the target language and culture in an outdoor setting.
While there are multiple positions available, licensed teachers interested in working often teach in the High School Credit program, or coordinate as part of the leadership team, helping design and implement curriculum for the program.
